Hello Chris. I took your quiz. Just wanted to remind you to consider each question that you ask. Mostly you are limited to 10-12 and so you have to be sure to ask the best possible questions that will give you the most data that will support your research. Be sure to ask yourself what the results of each question will do and what they are providing. For me the first two questions didn't seem very important towards your research. If you are hoping to show that not many people know about the statistics that you mention and how that relates to safety, then they're good questions. But be sure that they provide some support to your research.
Also, be sure each question has enough answers for your audience to choose from. Great start!
Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the survey; eliminating some questions, and adding a N/A option to allow for others who do not climb to take the quiz.
