My name is Chris Reed. I am
studying Industrial Design, concentrating on Industrial Technology. My
interests include: traditional rock climbing, and aerospace technology. What
inspires and “WOWs” is the technology available for safely ascending rock
formations. My influences are Tommy Caldwell, and Hans Florine, who are both
amazing rock climbers who have reached groundbreaking achievements.
My academic hopes are to receive my
bachelors degree in Industrial Design, and to pursue a Masters in Computer
Science/Engineering. My professional goal is to work for a company involved
with advanced technology systems. I also have many climbing goals that I hope
to achieve throughout my life.

I can tell you are really passionate about rock climbing and I look forward to seeing what kind of design solution will come out of your research. On a different note. You should change the design of this blog, it is virtually impossible to read the grey text on black background.

It's a very daring and challenging sport and it takes a lot of strength and determination to climb the biggest of walls. I am excited that you're planning to incorporate your passion into your project. Really looking forward to it. Also, I agree with Oscar that the grey text against the black background is difficult to read. Making the text white would make it much easier to read or any lighter color. If you need help, feel free to ask me. :)
